| Synopsis | On a bustling place in the city of Hamburg, surrounded by solid lime trees, a swing is mounted on ropes at a strong branch of one of these trees. It’s meant to invite people to stay, and to provide a swinging seat for the users of this public place. But the swing is removed several times, so the filmmaker applies for official approval of the swing, which is a big burocratic struggle. |
